我们于1991年2月～1993年2月发现新生儿窒息合并化脑8例,现就诊断治疗分析如下。 临床资料 男5例,女3例;早产儿3例,足月儿5例;剖腹产3例,头吸及产钳助产各2例,自然分娩1例。羊水混浊4例,早破水3例。Apger评分5分钟<3分4例,<5分4例。发现化脑日龄:2天3例,3天3例,4天2例。8例中4例呈抑制状,4例兴奋状,频繁抽搐6例,发热3例,体温不升3例,角弓反
We found in February 1991 ~ February 1993 8 cases of neonatal asphyxia combined brain, diagnosis and treatment are now analyzed as follows. Clinical data of 5 males and 3 females; 3 preterm children, full-term children in 5 cases; 3 cases of caesarean section, head suction and forceps midwifery in 2 cases, 1 case of natural childbirth. Amniotic fluid turbid in 4 cases, 3 cases of premature rupture of water. Apger score 5 minutes <3 points in 4 cases, <5 points in 4 cases. Days of brain cells were found: 3 cases in 2 days, 3 cases in 3 days and 2 cases in 4 days. In 8 cases, 4 cases were inhibited, 4 cases were excited, frequent convulsions in 6 cases, 3 cases of fever, body temperature does not rise in 3 cases,
