幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)是一种高度变异的细菌,其多态性在各种实验中得到证实,且多态性的分布无论从时间和空间上都存在显著的差异。不仅不同来源菌株基因组间存在显著差异,在同一个体感染者中,也存在多重感染的现象。探讨Hp基因组多态性的机制及其与不同疾病表型的关系逐渐成为新的研究热点,这些研究将为防治Hp提供重要的线索。文中在以往重组变异机制的基础上对分子水平的发生机制进行了更深入细致的讨论。
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a highly variant bacterium whose polymorphism has been confirmed in various experiments. The distribution of polymorphism is notable in time and space. Not only significant differences exist between the genomes of different strains of origin, but also multiple infections in the same individual. It is gradually becoming a hot research topic to explore the mechanism of Hp genomic polymorphism and its relationship with different disease phenotypes. These studies will provide important clues for the prevention and treatment of Hp. Based on the mechanism of recombination and recombination in the past, the paper discussed the mechanism of molecular level in more detail.
