目的建立一种简便的测定化坚止痛膜中大黄素和大黄酚的测定方法。方法 Irregular-H C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(85∶15);检测波长254 nm;体积流量1 mL/min。结果大黄素在0.076~0.380 mg,大黄酚在0.194~0.970 mg与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系。大黄素平均回收率为95.87%,大黄酚平均回收率为100.17%。结论本法操作简便,分离效果理想,可以用于化坚止痛膜的质量控制。
Objective To establish a simple and convenient method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in carbachol analgesia. Method Irregular-H C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (85:15); detection wavelength 254 nm; volume flow rate 1 mL / min. Results Emodin ranged from 0.076 to 0.380 mg, and the linear range of peak area was from 0.194 to 0.970 mg for chrysophanol. The average recovery of emodin was 95.87%, and the average recovery of chrysophanol was 100.17%. Conclusion This method is simple, the separation effect is ideal, and can be used for the quality control of Jian Jian analgesic membrane.
