                                利用IN718镍基高温合金粉末进行激光快速成形,得到激光快速成形件,然后进行热处理,讨论了经过激光快速成形所得到的沉积态和热处理后的组织特征。结果表明,沉积态的室温拉伸屈服强度和抗拉强度明显比热处理后的低,但塑性比热处理后的高。
The laser rapid prototyping was carried out by using IN718 nickel-base superalloy powder, and the laser rapid prototyping was obtained. Then, the heat treatment was carried out. The microstructures after deposition and heat treatment after laser rapid prototyping were discussed. The results show that the tensile yield strength and tensile strength at room temperature of the as-deposited state are obviously lower than those after the heat treatment, but the plasticity is higher than that after the heat treatment.
