目的:检测S100A7蛋白在头颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,分析其与头颈鳞状细胞癌临床病理学参数的关系,从而确定其在头颈鳞状细胞癌诊断和预后中的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测44例正常口腔黏膜组织和44例头颈鳞状细胞癌组织中S100A7蛋白。结果:头颈鳞状细胞癌组织中S100A7蛋白的高表达,其阳性率(72.72%)显著高于正常口腔黏膜组织(13.64%),且S100A7蛋白的表达与头颈鳞状细胞癌患者性别无关(P>0.05),但与患者年龄、分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。结论:S100A7的高表达可能在头颈鳞状细胞癌的发展中发挥十分重要作用,其高表达可能作为头颈鳞状细胞癌诊断和预后的分子指标。
Objective: To detect the expression of S100A7 protein in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between S100A7 protein and the clinicopathological parameters of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, so as to determine its clinical significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of S100A7 protein in 44 cases of normal oral mucosa and 44 cases of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive expression rate of S100A7 protein in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa (72.72%) (13.64%), and the expression of S100A7 protein was not related to the gender of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (P > 0.05), but closely related to patient’s age, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The high expression of S100A7 may play an important role in the development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The high expression of S100A7 may serve as a molecular marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
