采用问卷调查法,收集了124个样本,探讨了社会阶层、心理安全感和领导信任间的关系。通过相关性分析和多元线性回归方法分析发现,团队成员的社会阶层对心理安全感和领导信任均有正向影响,领导信任对心理安全感有负向作用,领导信任在社会阶层和心理安全感之间起部分中介作用。
Using a questionnaire survey, 124 samples were collected to explore the relationship between social class, psychological security and leadership trust. Through the correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis, it is found that the social strata of the team members have a positive impact on the sense of psychological security and leadership trust.
