EC2— 2 74型透平膨胀机是天然气深冷处理装置的关键制冷设备。频繁的开机与停机、工艺气带液和润滑油受污染等 ,使膨胀机的动平衡出现故障 ,造成轴承推力面、主轴推力面和密封组件的严重损坏 ,结果机组不得不停止运转。通过故障原因分析和解体检查及维修 ,整个系统和主机的故障最终得到排除。检修后的运行表明 ,各项参数正常 ,检修获得成功。为保障机组安全平稳运行 ,减少或避免某些事故的发生 ,提出了防止固体杂质、水和重烃进入增压机 ,凝液进入润滑油罐和改善材质以保护主轴推力面等多项措施。
EC2- 2 74 Turbocharger is the key refrigeration equipment for natural gas cryogenic treatment plant.
