以7085铝合金为研究对象,通过淬火及浸泡试验研究其剥落腐蚀的敏感性,分析了淬火速率对该合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,7085铝合金的剥落腐蚀受到结晶程度、晶粒尺寸及析出相等因素的共同作用;随着淬火速率的减小,合金材料的耐剥落腐蚀性能逐渐降低,腐蚀等级从EA级降为EB级,且晶界η相的尺寸和无沉淀析出带的宽度增加,加剧了合金的淬火敏感性。
Taking 7085 aluminum alloy as the research object, the susceptibility of exfoliation corrosion was studied by quenching and immersion test, and the effect of quenching rate on the microstructure of the alloy was analyzed. The results show that the exfoliation corrosion of 7085 aluminum alloy is affected by the degree of crystallization, the grain size and the precipitation equal factors. With the decrease of the quenching rate, the exfoliation corrosion resistance of the alloy material is gradually reduced, and the corrosion grade is reduced from EA grade to EB Stage, and the size of the η phase in the grain boundary and the width of the precipitate-free zone increase, which aggravates the quench sensitivity of the alloy.
