随着交通阻塞问题的日益突出,如何利用先进的技术手段快速、准确地获取道路交通信息,成为提升道路管理与交通服务水平的关键。文中提出了基于飞艇为载体,多传感器集成低空遥感平台,实现低成本、动态交通数据的快速获取;针对获取的高清晰交通视频数据,提出了一种在道路特征(道路灰度统计、道路宽度、走向)约束下,基于车辆形状特征模糊分类的动态背景中的车辆检测方法。研究表明:该方法能在完全没有其他辅助信息支持的情况下,快速的、高精度的检测道路上的运动和静止的车辆。
With the increasingly prominent traffic congestion problem, how to use the advanced technology to obtain the road traffic information quickly and accurately has become the key to improve the level of road management and traffic service. In this paper, airspace-based, multi-sensor integrated low-altitude remote sensing platform based on airship is proposed to achieve fast acquisition of low-cost and dynamic traffic data. The research shows that this method can detect moving and stationary vehicles on the road quickly and with high accuracy without the support of other auxiliary information.
