[目的]研究三肽化合物酪丝亮肽(tyroserleutide,YSL)对人肝癌BEL-7402裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用及对自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)杀伤活性的影响。[方法]建立人肝癌BEL-7402裸鼠移植瘤模型,观察YSL对肿瘤生长的抑制作用;采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测YSL对正常小鼠及人肝癌BEL-7402荷瘤鼠的NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。[结果]YSL[160μg(/kg·d)]能抑制BEL-7402的生长,肿瘤抑制率为72.23%,且能增强BEL-7402荷瘤裸鼠及正常小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性,与生理盐水组相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]YSL对人肝癌BEL-7402裸鼠移植瘤有抑制作用,并具有增强正常及荷瘤小鼠NK细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞活性的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the inhibitory effect of tripeptide tyroserleutide (YSL) on human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 xenografts and its effect on natural killer (NK) cell killing activity. [Method] The model of human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 xenografted in nude mice was established and the inhibitory effect of YSL on tumor growth was observed. The inhibitory effect of YSL on the growth of normal mice and human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 was detected by MTT assay Effect of murine NK cell killing activity. [Results] YSL [160μg (/ kg · d)] could inhibit the growth of BEL-7402, the tumor inhibition rate was 72.23%, and could enhance the NK cell killing activity of BEL-7402 bearing nude mice and normal mice, Group compared with significant difference (P <0.05). [Conclusion] YSL can inhibit the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 xenografts in nude mice and enhance the cytotoxicity of NK cells in normal and tumor-bearing mice.
