随着高职教育改革的不断深入,传统的高职体育教学形式在时间、方式方法上缺乏灵活性;内容上不能做到有的放矢;不能全面发展受教育者的体育能力;忽视学生主体作用和个性的发挥和发展;不利于终身体育思想的传播和养成。人们在努力寻找更适合的高职体育教学形式,俱乐部形式受到关注,但目前采用的俱乐部教学形式仍然没有完全摆脱传统束缚。学分制的实施、体育实施的改善、高职学生对体育的认识程度的提高等,使高职体育教学完全采用俱乐部形式成为可能。
