正常细胞周期中,cyclin D1(细胞周期蛋白D1)与CDK4(细胞周期蛋白激酶)结合形成复合物促进细胞分裂增殖,p16和Rb抑制细胞分裂,从而保证机体细胞的正常生长。当这一促增生系统成分过表达以及抑制增生系统成分缺失或失活都会导致细胞增殖失控而发生癌变。研究表明许多肿瘤中均有cyclin D1的过度表达及p16 Rb基因的缺失。我们用免疫组化方法检测了30例胃癌标本中cyclin D1,P16和Rb蛋白的表达,并与手术切缘正常粘膜组织进行比较,旨在探讨三者的相关性及其在胃癌形成中的作用。 1 材料和方法 1.1 材料 本院病理科1995/1996手术切除的原发性胃癌标本30例,同时取其相应切缘正常胃粘膜组织经100mL/L福尔
