50年代,苏联援建中国的156个重点工程项目,有的至今仍在我国国民经济中发挥作用。本文作者戈瓦尔时任苏联外贸部副部长,负责解决对外国工业企业的设计、建设和提供设备事宜。他回忆了斯大林逝世以后苏联方面对援华方案的分歧以及赫鲁晓夫访华的经过。读者可以从一个侧面看到当年中苏关系的微妙变化。本文原载于前苏联《近现代史》杂志1989年第5期。
In the 1950s, the Soviet Union aided 156 major construction projects in China, and some still play a role in our national economy. When the author of the article, Gowal was Vice Minister of Foreign Trade of the Soviet Union, responsible for solving the design, construction and provision of equipment for foreign industrial enterprises. He recalls the disagreements between the Soviet Union on the aid program after Stalin’s death and Khrushchev’s visit to China. Readers can see the subtle changes in Sino-Soviet relations at that time from one aspect.
