组织人事部门作为机关的重要职能部门,担负着管干部、管党员、管人才的重要职责。党的十七大对组织人事部门加强自身建设也提出了更新更高的要求。本文结合人行西宁中心支行组织人事部门实际进行分析,并提出进一步加强组织人事部门自身建设的意见建设。 Organizing the personnel department as an important functional department of an organization shoulders an important responsibility for managing cadres, party members and managing personnel. The 17th CPC National Congress has also raised newer and higher requirements for the organization and personnel departments to step up their own building. Based on the actual situation of Xining central branch of the People’s Bank of China in organizing personnel departments, this paper proposes the construction of opinions to further strengthen the self-construction of the organization and personnel departments.
