采用高能球磨法制备了不同含碳量的碳/铜混合粉末,并将制得的粉体在1.5 GPa室温条件下压制成型。结果表明,采用高能球磨可改善碳、铜界面的相容性,扩展固溶度,同时碳的加入可起到细晶强化的作用。
The carbon / copper mixed powders with different carbon content were prepared by high energy ball milling, and the powders were compression molded at room temperature of 1.5 GPa. The results show that high energy ball milling can improve the compatibility of carbon and copper interface and extend the solid solubility, meanwhile the addition of carbon can play the role of fine grain strengthening.
