目的:对不同地区金银花中50种农残进行分析,并作出安全评价。方法:用乙腈进行提取,采用固相萃取柱(SPA)净化的分析方法,采用气质联用质谱仪(GC/MS)法测定。结果:金银花农药残留污染较为严重,应加强农药使用管理。结论:建立的检测方法简单,高效,灵敏度高,可作为金银花中的农药多残留测定法,并应用于相关风险安全评价。
Objective: To analyze 50 kinds of pesticide residues in honeysuckle in different regions and make safety assessment. Methods: Acetonitrile was used for extraction. The samples were purified by solid phase extraction (SPA) and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC / MS). Results: The pollution of pesticide residues in honeysuckle was more serious, and pesticide use management should be strengthened. Conclusion: The established detection method is simple, efficient and sensitive. It can be used as a multi-residue pesticide determination method in honeysuckle and applied to related risk safety assessment.
