土壤pH值是土壤酸度的一个最重要的指标,它在土壤研究中应用极为广泛,不仅关系到土壤的形成过程,更主要的是直接影响了土壤中各种养分的有效程度和土壤酶的稳定性。在田间湿润条件下,直接测定能体现当时土壤的生物环境。用风干土测定乃是最常用也是最方便的方法,但涉及测定技术上的问题较多,因而被土壤学家认为是最难测准的土壤化学指标之一。
