Acute hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis (AHNE) is a type of acute cellulitis that mainly affects the small intestine and is characterized by extensive bleeding and necrosis of the small intestine. It is more common in children and is rare in adults. Abdominal pain and bloody stools are present in the early stages of the disease. Symptoms of bowel necrosis, perforation, peritonitis, shock and other symptoms appear. Delay in diagnosis and treatment may lead to death within a few days to several weeks with a mortality rate of 20% -27% [1]. However, due to clinical rare, and no specific onset, often mistaken
