含半透明相变材料幕墙能够有选择性吸收太阳能,提高幕墙热惰性和蓄热能力,结合“烟囱效应”作用调节幕墙对室内热环境的影响,应用前景明朗。含半透明相变材料幕墙光热传输特性是分析其幕墙结构对室内热环境耦合影响的基础,涉及太阳光谱作用下玻璃和相变材料的光谱特性、半透明材料的光热转换特性、相变材料层蓄热特性、幕墙夹层内自然对流特性。以含半透明相变材料的新型玻璃幕墙为研究对象,给出了其技术原理,分析了幕墙传热数值模拟与实验、幕墙材料光热物性的研究现状,提出了目前研究存在的问题,为下一步开发此类新型双层玻璃幕墙从技术的创新与发展上提供了参考。
