本文研究了终轧温度及控轧后冷却速度对16Mn钢板组织及性能的影响。结果表明:1.适当地降低终轧温度对改善16Mn钢板性能是有利的。2.轧后冷却速度对组织及性能有较大的影响,随着冷却速度增大,钢的强度显著提高,当冷却速度在5~22℃/s的范围内,钢的塑性及韧性均合格。冷却速度为5℃/s、15℃/s,38℃/s时,其屈服强度分别可达到35kgf/mm2,40kgf/mm~2、45kgf/mm~2的级别。可以认为,控轧及控冷是提高16Mn钢板强韧性的有效力法。
The effects of finishing temperature and cooling rate after controlled rolling on the microstructure and properties of 16Mn steel were studied. The results show that: 1. Proper reduction of finish rolling temperature is beneficial to improve the performance of 16Mn steel. 2. The cooling rate after rolling has a great influence on the microstructure and properties. The strength of the steel increases significantly with the cooling rate increasing. When the cooling rate is in the range of 5-22 ℃ / s, the plasticity and toughness of the steel are all qualified . The cooling rate of 5 ℃ / s, 15 ℃ / s, 38 ℃ / s, the yield strength of up to 35kgf / mm2, 40kgf / mm ~ 2, 45kgf / mm ~ 2 level. It can be considered, controlled rolling and controlled cooling is to improve the toughness of 16Mn steel effective method.
