从A4V看现代轴向柱塞泵抗噪声型配流盘的发展趋势

本文对我国近期从西德引进的A4V型轴向柱塞泵在减小配流冲击方面采用的措施进行了分析,同时还与美国生产的P1V型泵斜盘带有横向倾角的抗冲结构及英国生产的伺服控制配流盘错配角的抗冲结构进行了对比。从这几种泵的抗冲结构设计思想可以看出今后有如下的发展趋势:研究适应工况变化能力更强的抗冲结构;设计时注意压力梯度的变特性,及基本结构参数的优选;在成本许可的情况下在产品上逐渐采用可调节的抗冲结构。 In this paper, the measures adopted by our country to introduce A4V axial piston pump from West Germany in reducing the impact of the distribution flow are analyzed. At the same time, we also compare with the P1V-type pump swash plate in the United States, A comparison of the impact structures produced at the mismatch angle of the servo control plate was made. It can be seen from the design ideas of several kinds of pumps that there are following trends in the future: to study the impact structure that adapts more to changes in working conditions; to pay attention to the variation characteristics of pressure gradient and to optimize the basic structural parameters; Adjustable impact structures are increasingly used on the product at a costly cost.
