选取桂林市毛村典型岩溶区林地、灌丛、旱地和果园4种土地利用方式下的土壤,对土壤有机碳库、矿化速率、土壤有机碳累积矿化量进行研究。研究表明,不同土地利用方式的土壤有机碳含量不同,地表以下0—20cm土壤中有机碳含量大小依次为:森林>灌丛>旱地>果园;20—40cm土壤有机碳含量大小依次为:森林>旱地>灌丛>果园;40—60cm土壤有机碳含量大小依次为:旱地>灌丛>果园。土壤培养试验的结果显示土壤有机碳矿化速率和累积矿化量大小依次为:森林>灌丛>旱地>果园。
The soil under four land use types of forestland, shrub, dry land and orchard in the typical village of Maocun in Guilin was selected to study the soil organic carbon pool, mineralization rate and the cumulative mineralization of soil organic carbon. The results showed that the soil organic carbon content varied with different land use types. The order of organic carbon in the 0-20cm soil below the surface was: forest> shrub> dry land> orchard. The order of soil organic carbon in 20-40cm was: Dry land> shrub> orchard; and the order of soil organic carbon in 40-60cm soil was dry land> shrub> orchard. Soil culture experiments showed that the rates of soil organic carbon mineralization and cumulative mineralization were as follows: forest> shrub> dry land> orchard.
