自FFC法问世以来,以TiO2为原料,直接还原/电解制备金属钛的研究方法受到了广泛地瞩目.介绍了直接还原/电解二氧化钛制备金属钛的几种具有代表性的研究方法,包括FFC法,OS法,ESR法,EMR/MSE法,USTB法以及PRP法,分析对比了几种工艺方法各自的反应机理和工艺特点,综述了国内外有关直接制备金属钛的研究进展和发展趋势,指出以TiO2为原料直接制备金属钛的工艺方案有望成为取代克劳尔法的次世代金属钛生产工艺.
Since the advent of the FFC method, the research methods of direct reduction / electrolysis for the preparation of titanium metal using TiO2 as the raw material has attracted a great deal of attention.There are several representative research methods for the preparation of titanium metal by direct reduction / electrolysis of titanium dioxide, including the FFC method , OS method, ESR method, EMR / MSE method, USTB method and PRP method were used to analyze and compare the reaction mechanism and process characteristics of several process methods. The research progress and development trend of direct preparation of titanium metal at home and abroad were summarized. Titanium dioxide as a raw material for the direct preparation of titanium metal process is expected to be replaced by Claudel France’s next-generation titanium metal production process.
