目的:探讨基于JCI标准的检验科质量控制应用措施和效果。方法:于2016年1月在医院检验科实施基于JCI标准的质量控制,从工作人员的素质、仪器、试剂及检验方法等方面抓起,按照标准严格要求,搞好质量控制工作。实施前后随机选取500份样本,比较实施前后两组患者的标本合格率、失真率、患者满意度。结果:实行质量控制措施后,观察组的检验标本合格率为99.20%,明显高于对照组的88.60%(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度为(96.67±3.78)分,明显高于对照组的(73.67±2.67)分(P<0.05)。结论:基于JCI标准的质量控制,可以提高检验科的标本合格率,提升检验科检测质量,提升患者的满意度,能够为患者提供更好的医疗服务,提高了患者对医院护理服务的满意度,有良好的经济效益和社会效益,有助于建设良好的医患关系。
Objective: To explore the application of quality control measures and results based on JCI standards. Methods: In January 2016, the JCI standard quality control was implemented in the laboratory of the hospital. The quality, equipment, reagents and testing methods were taken from the aspects of staff quality, quality control in accordance with strict standards. Before and after the implementation of 500 randomly selected samples were compared before and after the implementation of the two groups of patients pass rate, distortion rate, patient satisfaction. Results: After the implementation of quality control measures, the passing rate of the test group in the observation group was 99.20%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (88.60%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The quality control based on JCI standard can improve the qualified rate of the specimens in the laboratory, improve the quality of the test in the laboratory, improve the patient’s satisfaction, provide better medical services to the patients and improve the patient’s satisfaction with the hospital nursing services , Have good economic and social benefits, help to build a good doctor-patient relationship.
