设计冷矫辊式钢板矫正机时,首先必须确定它的结构参数:辊距t,辊身长L,矫正辊直径D和辊数n。在这些参数中,t、D为主要参数。但是,迄今对这些参数的确定仍然完全依靠经验或类比的方法进行选择,缺乏建立在理论分析基础上的计算方法。本文根据冷矫辊式钢板矫正机的工作特点和矫正过程原理,结合“咬入条件”,得出计算t与D的公式。按本文公式得出的计算结果,与现在以经验选择为基础的矫正机系列(草案)所提出的数值相比较,绝大部分互相符合,所以,本文得出的计算公式可以做为冷矫辊式钢板矫正机系列化、标准化的依据,以及设计这些矫正机时的参考。
Design cold straightening steel plate straightening machine, we must first determine its structural parameters: roll distance t, roll length L, straightening roll diameter D and roll number n. Among these parameters, t and D are the main parameters. However, to date, the determination of these parameters is still entirely based on empirical or analogy methods of choice, the lack of a theoretical analysis based on the calculation method. In this paper, according to the working characteristics of the cold straightening steel plate straightening machine and the principle of the straightening process, the formulas for calculating t and D are obtained according to the “bite conditions”. The calculation results obtained by the formula in this paper are mostly in accordance with the numerical values proposed by the series of straightening machines (draft) based on empirical choice. Therefore, the calculation formula obtained in this paper can be used as cold straightening roller Plate straightening machine serialization, standardization of the basis, as well as the design of these straightening machine reference.
