采用文献法、调查法、数量统计法,通过对女大学生体育选修课的尝试探究、分析此方法是否适应当代女大学生的个性发展和终身体育价值观的建立的实效性,为教学改革提供新的依据。
Through the method of literature, investigation and quantity statistics, this article tries to find out whether this method adapts to the development of contemporary female college students’ personality development and the establishment of lifelong physical education values by providing a new way to reform the teaching of PE. .
