CO2 激光器是气体激光器中最重要、用途最广泛的激光器 ,其激励系统的主要放电方式可分为直流、射频和微波放电。介绍了一种利用微波放电获得激光输出的新型激光器 ,对这种采用最新放电方式激励的激光器均匀放电的机制进行了详细的理论分析 ,并把由理论推导得出的结果和实验结果作比较 ,二者吻合一致。
CO2 lasers are the most important and versatile lasers in gas lasers. The main discharge modes of excitation lasers can be divided into DC, RF and microwave discharges. A new type of laser which can obtain laser output by microwave discharge is introduced. The mechanism of uniform discharge of the laser excited by the latest discharge mode is analyzed theoretically in detail, and the results derived from the theory are compared with the experimental results. The two coincide.
