一般情况下轮胎内胎中的橡胶老化与氧化作用有关。暴露在氧气中,橡胶中的氧含量随时间不断变化。在加速暴露的情况下,实验室模拟老化的橡胶试样的氧含量也在不断变化。最近,轮胎带束层隔离胶的老化问题引起了橡胶界同仁的兴趣。该文研究了实验室老化条件对带束层隔离胶的氧含量及其他相关物理机械性能的影响。
Under normal circumstances, the inner rubber tire aging and oxidation. Exposed to oxygen, the oxygen content of the rubber changes over time. In the case of accelerated exposure, the oxygen content of lab-simulated aged rubber samples is also constantly changing. Recently, the aging problem of tire belt insulation has aroused the interest of rubber colleagues. This paper studies the influence of laboratory aging conditions on the oxygen content of the belt spacer and other related physical and mechanical properties.
