对导线外皮的剥离现在大多采用机械式剥离,难以保证剥离质量。而且剥离后往往需要人工将被剥离的外皮进行抽离,这就耗费了人力,增加了成本,也降低了效率。针对这种缺陷,基于TRIZ设计创新理念,运用矛盾矩阵查找创新原理,提出了并排导线外皮的激光自动剥离装置。该剥离装置结构简单、原理简约、也提高了效率。通过抽离装置能够实现并排放置的多根导线外皮的自动剥离,其大幅度地提高了导线外皮剥离的生产效率。最后对机构的力学性能和运动性能进行了分析,说明了其可行性。
