观察高碘对仔鼠大脑发育的影响。实验分为高碘组和适碘组 ,分别饮含碘 5 0 μg/L ,30 0 0 μg/L的去离子水。喂满 3月龄 ,令雌雄同笼 ,观察仔鼠的大脑发育情况。结果高碘组 15日龄和 30日龄仔鼠大脑和海齿绝对重量及相对重量低于适碘组 ,但尚无统计学意义。图象分析表明 :高碘组仔鼠大脑皮质层锥体细胞平均体积、平均表面积和体密度减小 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而数密度和比表面积增大 (P <0 0 5 ) ,提示锥体细胞发育落后。结论表明高碘对仔鼠大脑发育有一定的损伤作用
To observe the effect of high iodine on the brain development of offspring. The experiment was divided into high iodine group and iodine group, drinking deionized water containing 50 μg / L of iodine and 300 μg / L of iodine respectively.
