当前,随着我国经济社会快速发展,社会公众对电力企业履行社会责任、普遍服务的诉求日益高涨,传统媒体、网络媒体、新媒体的广泛、持续、全景式的舆论监督,使电力企业面临着更加复杂的社会环境,担负着更大的社会沟通互动压力,承载着更多的“内质外形”建设现任。如何与各利益相关方实现良性互动,塑造良好社会形象,促进企业发展,是电力企业新闻宣传工作面临的一项全新的挑战。
