本文就五灵脂在炮制中的受热温度及炮制后尿素含量的降低和浸出率的变化,进行了探讨。结果认为,五灵脂用醋拌匀闷半小时后再炒至微干的炮制法,能提高原药的质量。
In this paper, the heating temperature and the decrease of urea content and the change of leaching rate after processing were studied. As a result, it is believed that the quality of the original drug can be improved by using the vinegar mixture with vinegar for half an hour and then frying until slightly dry.
