通过静电纺丝方法,在纺丝液浓度12%,电压15kV,纺丝距离15cm的条件下,得到直径分布均匀的PA6纳米纤维。为了研究测试条件对纳米纤维拉伸性能的影响,以夹距、拉伸速度、试样宽度为因素,采用正交试验对测试结果进行分析。结果表明:在纳米纤维膜拉伸性能的影响因素中,对于断裂强度变异系数而言,拉伸速度的影响最大,夹距次之,试样宽度最小;而对于断裂伸长率变异系数而言,夹距的影响最大,试样宽度次之,拉伸速度最小。纳米纤维膜拉伸性能的最佳测试条件为夹距40mm,拉伸速度5mm/min,试样宽度8mm。
By electrospinning method, PA6 nanofibers with uniform diameter distribution were obtained under the conditions of spinning solution concentration of 12%, voltage of 15kV and spinning distance of 15cm. In order to study the influence of test conditions on the tensile properties of nanofibers, the orthogonal test was used to analyze the test results based on the factors of nip distance, tensile speed and specimen width. The results showed that among the influencing factors on the tensile properties of the nanofiber membranes, the tensile strength had the greatest effect on the coefficient of variation of tensile strength, the second on the nip, and the smallest on the other. For the variation coefficient of elongation at break , The impact of the maximum distance between the clamp, followed by the sample width, the minimum tensile speed. Tensile properties of nanofibrous membrane tensile test conditions for the best clip spacing 40mm, tensile speed 5mm / min, sample width 8mm.
