To explore nursing staff occupational stress factors, the impact of stress remission on physical and mental health. Methods The mental health status, physical discomfort status, occupational stress factors, job satisfaction, behavior type and stress coping ability of 160 nurses were measured by occupational stress index measurement tools. The level of mental health and physical discomfort were measured by stepwise regression analysis Made a prediction. Results Job satisfaction, job status, physical discomfort, age, occupational stress and number of children were the major predictors of mental health, explaining a total of 27.99% of total variance. The occupational stress factor is the strongest predictor of physical discomfort, which accounts for 8.10% of the total variance. Five variables entered the work satisfaction prediction equation, explaining a total of 12.30% of the total variation, of which the influence explained by the surrounding events accounts for half of the variation explained by all the factors. Conclusion There are occupational stress factors in nursing work. These factors have a certain impact on the physical and mental health of nursing staff.
