顶岗实习是职业学校不可缺少的教学环节之一,也是一种产学合作教育模式。这种模式将学生最后学年顶岗实习和就业有机衔接起来,使学生能长期为企业所用,是培养具有较强实践能力的技能人才的行之有效的途径,受到企业和学校普遍欢迎。但由于顶岗实习时间长、管理难度大,学生、学校和企业会遇到诸如离职、报酬、工伤责任认定等问题。本文对职业学校学生顶岗实习过程中出现的典型问题进行了分析和总结,并简要探讨了提高顶岗实习实效之对策。
Internship is an indispensable vocational school teaching one of the links, but also a cooperation between production and education model. This model will be the final year of pupils internships and employment of organic convergence, so that students can be used for long-term business, is to train strong practical ability of skilled personnel effective way, by businesses and schools generally welcomed. However, due to the long time internship, management is difficult, students, schools and businesses will encounter such as separation, compensation, work-related responsibilities identified. This paper analyzes and summarizes the typical problems that occur during the job internship in vocational schools, and briefly discusses the countermeasures to improve the actual effect of job internship.
