镍基-碳纳米管复合镀层是将不同含量的碳纳米管和镍通过电化学沉积的方法共同沉积在中碳钢基质中。在没有添加任何润滑油的情况下,采用销-盘摩擦磨损试验机对复合镀层进行了摩擦磨损试验,结果显示,摩擦因数和磨损率都随着碳纳米管含量的升高而逐渐下降,耐磨性能显著提高。
Nickel-carbon nanotubes composite coating is the different content of carbon nanotubes and nickel by electrochemical deposition co-deposition in the medium carbon steel matrix. The friction and wear test of the composite coating with pin-disc friction and wear testing machine without adding any lubricating oil showed that the friction coefficient and the wear rate decreased gradually with the increase of the content of carbon nanotubes. Grinding performance increased significantly.
