目的探讨机采血小板的招募方法,更好的为献血者服务,为临床服务。方法改进以前的招募方法,以更人性化的“一站式”服务方式,为捐献血小板的无偿献血者服务。结果改进后的“一站式”招募方法,让机采血小板的采集量逐年稳步上升,献血者满意率大大提高。而献血反应,献血者流失率,血小板淘汰率等大幅下降。结论无偿献血的招募方法,没有最好,只有更好。血站工作人员要根据献血者的需求不断更新自己的思路,更好的服务于献血者,才能招募到更多的献血者,才能为临床提供及时充足的血小板。
Objective To explore the recruitment method of platelet-collecting machine to better serve the blood donors and provide clinical services. Methods To improve previous recruitment methods and to serve the blood donors who donated platelets in a more humane “one-stop” service. The results of the improved “one-stop ” method of recruitment, so that the acquisition of organism platelets steadily increased year by year, blood donor satisfaction rate greatly increased. The blood donation reaction, the loss of blood donors, thrombocytopenia rate dropped significantly. Conclusion There is no best, but better, method for recruiting unpaid blood donations. Blood station staff according to the needs of blood donors constantly updated their ideas, better service to blood donors, to recruit more blood donors, in order to provide adequate clinical timely platelets.
