目的观察滋阴明目丸对视网膜光损伤大鼠的保护作用及机理。方法将70只Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为7组,除空白对照组外均采用自制光损伤装置造成视网膜光损伤模型,光照后3天开始灌服滋阴明目丸及对照药物,连续15天,取大鼠视网膜检测基因p53、Bcl-2的表达。结果滋阴明目丸可显著降低视网膜p53的表达,增强Bcl-2的表达,与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论滋阴明目丸可通过影响凋亡相关基因p53、Bcl-2的表达,从而抑制视细胞的凋亡。
Objective To observe the protective effect and mechanism of Ziyinmingmu Pills on rats with photodamaged retina. Methods A total of 70 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 7 groups. All the groups except the blank control group were treated with a self-made photodamage device to create a model of photoretinal damage. Three days after light irradiation, Ziyinmumu Pills and control drugs were started. After 15 consecutive days, the expression of p53 and Bcl-2 in rat retina was detected. Results Ziyinmingmu pill could significantly reduce the expression of p53 and increase the expression of Bcl-2 in the retina, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Ziyinmingmu Pills can inhibit the apoptosis of visual cells by affecting the expression of apoptosis-related genes p53 and Bcl-2.
