根据生产中降低预热温度从而改善焊工劳动条件的要求,对16Mn、20MnMo二种钢厚板(δ≥40mm)进行了用后热方法去除扩散氢以提高抗裂性的研究。本文改进了日本学者内木虎藏提出的原则,给出了新方法,从而进一步降低了预热温度,从工厂常用的200℃,降低至25-50℃,并证明了措施的安全可靠性。由于此二钢种在容器制造中使用最广,因此本文提出的方法很有在实践中推广的意义。
According to the requirements of reducing the preheating temperature in production and improving the working conditions of the welder, the post-thermal method is used to remove the diffusible hydrogen to improve the crack resistance of two 16Mn and 20MnMo steel plates (δ≥40mm). This paper improves the principle proposed by Japanese scholars in the wood tiger hides and gives a new method to further reduce the preheating temperature, from the factory commonly used 200 ℃, down to 25-50 ℃, and proves the safety and reliability of the measures. Since these two kinds of steels are the most widely used in container manufacture, the method proposed in this paper is very popular in practice.
