为明确民用运输类飞机结构修理适航要求,对国内外适航规章、程序及民机制造商制定的修理手册进行了研究。总结了适航规章对修理的定义和分类要求,以及民机制造商对结构修理种类的划分方法。对比分析了国际主要民航局及民机制造商对超出持续适航文件的结构修理的审批方式。针对国内缺乏结构重要修理和一般修理分类标准的问题,制定了重要修理的判断标准,保证了超出持续适航文件的结构修理分类的准确性和审批的及时性。
In order to clarify the airworthiness requirements of civil transport aircraft structure repairs, domestic and foreign airworthiness regulations, procedures and repair manuals developed by the civil aircraft manufacturers were studied. The definitions and classification requirements of airworthiness regulation on repair are summarized, and the classification methods of civil aircraft manufacturer on the types of structure repair are summarized. The author compares and examines the way of examination and approval of the structural repairs that exceed the continuous airworthiness documents by major international civil aviation administrations and civil aircraft manufacturers. In view of the lack of classification standards for structurally important repairs and general repairs in China, the criteria for determining major repairs have been formulated to ensure the accuracy of the structural repairs and the timeliness of approval beyond the continuous airworthiness documents.
