目的:探究多元化健康教育方式在胸外科患者围术期的应用效果。方法:选取2014年3月~2015年2月浙江省湖州市第一人民医院胸外科收治的100例患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组实施常规宣教,观察组则实施多元化健康教育,采用问卷调查形式了解两组患者在教育后对相关知识的掌握程度,并比较两组患者的护理配合程度、并发症情况及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者的相关知识认知评分,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理配合程度、并发症情况及患者满意度,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将多元化健康教育方式应用于胸外科患者围术期的健康宣教,能够有效提高患者的疾病认知,提高护理配合度,减少并发症的发生,有效提高了护理质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of diversified health education in perioperative period in patients with thoracic surgery. Methods: From March 2014 to February 2015, 100 patients admitted to First People’s Hospital of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province from March 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) In the observation group, diversified health education was implemented, and questionnaires were used to understand the mastery degree of relevant knowledge after the two groups of patients were educated. The degree of nursing cooperation, complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The cognition score of relevant knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The degree of nursing cooperation, complication and patient satisfaction in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The application of diversified health education in perioperative health education in thoracic surgery patients can effectively improve the patients’ cognition of disease, improve the coordination of nursing, reduce the incidence of complications and effectively improve the quality of nursing.
