以各种性质极不相同的材料(退火、予加应力、淬油与回火、淬水与回火及冷拉的不同碳鋼、不銹鋼、銅合金及各种鋁合金)进行拉力試驗和硬度試驗,作出每种材料的拉力、应力-应变曲綫图,从求得的硬度和抗拉强度中推导出关系式如下: T/H=0.72×(1+0.22σ_1/σ_(35))/(1+2.64σ_1/σ_(35))式中 T——抗拉强度(公斤/毫米~2); H——維氏硬度值; σ_1——延伸率为1%时之真应力(公斤/毫米~2);
