目的建立糖皮质激素诱导的老年小鼠骨质疏松模型,探讨以单位体积的钙重量变化来反映骨质疏松状况。方法老年小鼠按不同剂量每周肌注地塞米松2次(高剂量组0.005mg/g;中剂量组0.001mg/g;低剂量组0.0005mg/g),实验第12周末时,采用排水法测量小鼠右侧股骨体积,采用化学方法测量小鼠骨钙。结果对照组骨钙含量(0.2215±0.0236g/cm3)较中等剂量组(0.1698±0.2400g/cm3)高(P<0.01),与低剂量组(0.2119±0.0215g/cm3)其差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论该动物模型及单位体积的钙重量表达方式可应用于实验研究。
Objective To establish an animal model of osteoporosis induced by glucocorticoids and to explore the status of osteoporosis by measuring the change of calcium per unit volume.
