南京师范大学刘次林教授在《教师的幸福论》一书中指出,教师职业幸福感就是指教师在教育工作中,自我需要获得满足、自由实现自己的职业理想、发挥自己潜能并伴随力量增长所获得的持续快乐体验。这种体验是衡量教师群体客观生活质量的重要的综合性心理指标。中国教师面临压力较大,这已直接导致教师职业幸福感的降低或缺失。所以,关注教师职业生存状态,缓解教师的职业压力,提升教师的职业幸福感具有非常重要的现实意义,
