近年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,社会保险的参保人数迅速增加,社会保险档案管理也日益面临着严峻的挑战。加强社会保险档案管理,利用新科技手段提高档案管理水平,实现纸质档案形式向全数字档案形式的转换、档案人工管理向档案自动管理转换,是加快推进哈尔滨市社会保险档案管理工作规范化、标准化、专业化和电子化的根本方法。 In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country, the number of social insurance enrollments has rapidly increased, and the social security archives management has also increasingly faced serious challenges.
