In order to deepen the reform, promote technological progress and promote the development of the gold industry, the “International Gold Technology and Equipment Exhibition” co-sponsored by China National Gold Holding Corporation, China Metals Society, China Technical Market Information Liaison Department and International Exhibition Consulting Company, The International Symposium on Gold Technology, sponsored by Metal Society, was held in Beijing from July 1 to July 5, 1988.
