随着我国基础设施建设的不断推进,河砂的需求量也日益增长。然而山岭重丘区需长远距离运输,不但极大地增加了混凝土施工成本,而且也影响施工进度,因此采用机制砂取代河砂已成为一种必然趋势。通过花岗岩机制砂混凝土的相关试验研究,结果表明:采用机制砂取代河砂进行混凝土配合比设计是可行的,且拌合物的工作性能、硬化混凝土力学性能都能够满足设计要求。同时,提出花岗岩机制砂混凝土主要配合比设计参数、要点以及施工质量控制措施。该技术在广西资源至兴安高速公路工程中全面应用,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
As China’s infrastructure construction continues to advance, demand for river sand is also growing. However, heavy mountainous areas need long-distance transportation, which not only greatly increases the cost of concrete construction, but also affects the progress of construction. Therefore, the replacement of river sand by machine-made sand has become an inevitable trend. Through the experimental research on granite mechanism sand concrete, the results show that it is feasible to use sand instead of river sand for concrete mix design, and the performance of the mixture and the mechanical properties of hardened concrete can meet the design requirements. At the same time, the author puts forward the main design parameters, key points and construction quality control measures of granite mechanized sand concrete. The technology in the Guangxi Xing’an Expressway resources fully applied to the project, resulting in a good economic and social benefits.
