目的以中药白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤模型药,制备白花蛇舌草醇提取物缓释微丸。方法通过单因素考察和正交设计实验优化处方,采用挤出滚圆法制备白花蛇舌草缓释微丸。结果所获得的目标微丸表面圆整光滑,粒径均一,粒径18~24目,收率约达到90%以上。微丸能够持续释药达到12 h。结论该微丸制备工艺简便易行,达到了预期缓释设计要求。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the anti-tumor model drug of Hedyotis diffusa, to prepare the sustained-release pellets of Hedyotis diffusa extract. Methods The single factor study and orthogonal design experiments optimize the prescription, the use of extrusion spheronization Hedyotis diffusa prepared sustained-release pellets. Results The obtained target pellets were round and smooth with uniform particle size of 18 ~ 24 mesh and the yield of about 90%. Pellets sustained release until 12 h. Conclusion The preparation process of the pellets is simple and easy, and meets the expected design requirements of sustained release.
