由于硫化模在温度为200℃左右的橡胶硫化过程中,会释放出硫、氯等有害气体,对模具有一定的腐蚀作用;橡胶和金属之间有一定的摩擦力,使橡胶产品脱模困难;橡胶产品又要有一定光泽的美丽外观。所以对硫化模要求是有一定的尺寸精度;良好的抗腐蚀性、耐磨性、脱模性以及低的型腔表面粗糙度。但是,上述要求往往用一种工艺是很难达到的,为此,我厂研制了6种模具专用镀液(见表),采用电刷镀、复合镀、化学镀,在同一台电刷镀设备上完成。这样不仅降低了模具表面粗糙度,提高了耐磨性及耐蚀性,而且还延长了模具使用寿命,提高了产品质量。
