俗话说,生命在于运动。不错,但是不当的运动和不注意事项不但无法发挥预期的功效,反而有害健康。我们认为,健康来源于适度和合理的科学运动。从我们医生的角度来说,我要告诉大家运动健康要注意的五大事项:
